Delivering components of a change process on behalf of the client. For example, defining new roles and assessing the capabilities of people to perform well in them, or helping to translate a company’s brand values into behaviours which its people need to adopt to live the brand proposition.
Evaluating with clients the extent to which the change process is creating the desired difference.
