Relationship Q is a questionnaire-based framework which enables people to create more effective relationships in the workplace. Relationship Q (RQ) is unique in that it focuses on the dynamics of relationships rather than focusing on individuals and personality.

Relationship Q can be used as part of leadership coaching, development assessments and team work. It can also be used to review an organisation's relationship capability, and to explore relationships between organisations e.g. with clients or stakeholders.
