My interest in woodworking has been a part of me since childhood, encouraged at school and followed by a boat building apprenticeship.
My working life however took me in the direction of the display and exhibition world so its only since my retirement that I have been able to return to my love of hand tool woodworking.
Working from my home workshop here in South Oxfordshire I enjoy designing and hand crafting beautiful one-off pieces utilising the beauty of both native and sustainably sourced exotic woods from around the globe.
With meticulous care and attention to detail at every stage I strive to produce pieces that are both beautiful and practical but are also a joy to own and possibly pass on to future generations to enjoy.
I’ve also had the great pleasure in undertaking several personal commissions to produce pieces for special occasions and welcome any enquiries.
